1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FundedXYZ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. FundedXYZ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided via the Platform or email.

2. Eligibility

To use FundedXYZ, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where the use of our services is prohibited
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify FundedXYZ immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Challenge & Evaluation

FundedXYZ offers trading challenges ("Challenges") that serve as an evaluation of your trading abilities. By purchasing a Challenge:

• You agree to adhere to all trading rules and parameters specified for your chosen Challenge
• You understand that passing the Challenge does not guarantee a funded account if trading rules were violated
• You acknowledge that FundedXYZ reserves the right to review all trading activity for compliance
• You agree that manipulative trading practices, including but not limited to exploit trading, latency abuse, or coordinated trading, are strictly prohibited

5. Funded Accounts

Upon successfully passing a Challenge, you may be granted access to a funded trading account. Funded accounts are subject to:

• Ongoing compliance with all trading rules and risk parameters
• Maximum loss limits (10% total, 5% daily)
• Daily profit caps (3% daily max profit)
• Leverage limits (maximum 1:5)

FundedXYZ reserves the right to terminate funded accounts at any time for violation of trading rules or Terms of Service.

6. Profit Splits & Payouts

Funded traders are entitled to a profit split of 80-90% of net profits generated. Payouts are processed in USDT within 7 business days of a valid payout request. FundedXYZ reserves the right to verify all trading activity before processing payouts.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use automated trading systems or bots unless explicitly permitted
• Engage in manipulative or abusive trading practices
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the Platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes
• Attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities or pricing errors
• Coordinate trades across multiple accounts

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by FundedXYZ. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

FundedXYZ provides its services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for trading losses, platform downtime, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific Challenge in question.

10. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you understand the risks involved in cryptocurrency trading and that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
