When you purchase a trading challenge on FundedXYZ, you are purchasing access to our evaluation platform and trading environment. Challenge fees are non-refundable once the challenge has been activated and any trading activity has occurred.

This refund policy applies only to challenge purchase fees. Profit payouts from funded accounts are governed by the terms outlined in our Terms of Service and the funded account agreement.
Filing a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting our support team will result in immediate account termination and may result in being banned from future FundedXYZ services. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first to resolve any billing concerns.
FundedXYZ reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
