2. Challenge Purchases

When you purchase a trading challenge on FundedXYZ, you are purchasing access to our evaluation platform and trading environment. Challenge fees are non-refundable once the challenge has been activated and any trading activity has occurred.

3. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Unused Challenge: If you request a refund before activating your challenge account and before any trades have been placed, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Technical Issues: If our platform experiences technical issues that materially affected your trading performance and we are unable to resolve the issue, a partial or full refund may be considered.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same challenge twice, the duplicate purchase will be refunded in full.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The challenge has been activated and trading activity has occurred
  • The challenge was failed due to violation of trading rules
  • You changed your mind after purchasing and activating a challenge
  • Market conditions were unfavorable to your trading strategy
  • Account termination due to violation of Terms of Service

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team through the Platform within 14 days of purchase
  • Provide your account details and order reference number
  • Explain the reason for your refund request
  • Our team will review your request within 5 business days

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

6. Funded Account Payouts

This refund policy applies only to challenge purchase fees. Profit payouts from funded accounts are governed by the terms outlined in our Terms of Service and the funded account agreement.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting our support team will result in immediate account termination and may result in being banned from future FundedXYZ services. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first to resolve any billing concerns.

8. Changes to This Policy

FundedXYZ reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
